Chocolate Covered Seed Cake

This cake is suitable for gluten-free diet. The preparation does not require special cooking skills. The cake contains seeds and nuts, so it provides omega 3 fatty acids.

Ingredients:

eggs
3 medium
sugar
½ mug
maple syrup
1 tbsp
ground poppy seeds
1 mug
ground almond
1/3 mug
ground walnuts
1/3 mug
ground sunflower seeds
1/3 mug
butter  melted
30g
sodium bicarbonate
1 tsp

melted dark chocolate
100g





Method:
Beat the eggs in a medium bowl
Add the ingredients one by one and mix them  well
Transfer the mixture into a baking tin with about 20 cm diameter
Place it into the 180 0C preheated oven
Baking time 30 minutes
If it is cold cover the top with the melted dark chocolate.

It is my low calorie day


This eating plan consists of melons, radish and cucumber, they can help keeping  hydrated during a hot summer day.
My breakfast:
A cup of green tea
·      Increases the fat burning, improves the brain activity and the physical performance of the body.
Watermelon, Casaba melon, blueberry with  the mixture of walnuts and almonds.
·      The nuts and the sugar from the melons provide the energy. The melons provide omega 3 oil. All of these ingredients contain antioxidant, essential vitamins and minerals. The watermelon contains lycopene an antioxidant, which prevents cell damage.
My lunch:

Spinach, beetroot, radish, cucumber and olive salad with poached egg.
·      This dish has so many health benefits.
The spinach and cucumber contain high level of potassium with the beetroot they help to manage healthy blood pressure. Beetroot, cucumber olives benefit to a healthy brain function. The meal has minerals and vitamins helping to maintain healthy bone, skin and eye and hair. The chlorophyll in side the spinach has effect on blocking the carcinogens. Olives play an important role in maintaining a healthy immune system, they are also rich in minerals; sodium, potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and iodine.
My dinner:

Marinated duck with mango salsa and rise
·      For preparation I use duck breast without skin, honey, orange, rice, mango, spring onion, basil, coriander, chilli and tomato.
·      This meal provides protein, Vitamins: A, C, B6B12 Minerals:  Ca, Mg, Fe The mango salsa benefits to the digestive system.
