Start the Day with Smoothie

Smoothie is essential for raw food diet, which contains the vital minerals, vitamins and phytonutrients. This drink provides you high level of vitamin C, vitamin B-6, potassium and antioxidants.
Ingredients:
Banana

Melon
¼
Apple

Strawberries
5
Blueberries
a handful
Fresh lemon juice
1
Water



Homogenise the  ingredients in the smoothie machine.
