Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

This drink is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A , vitamin B-6, potassium and magnesium. It has anti-inflammatory effect. I recommend it for breakfast. 
Ingredients:
Carrot
 3
Celery stick
1
Apple
2
Ginger
3cm long
Fresh lemon juice
1
Water
Up to 700ml
Cinnamon
1 tsp

Place the ingredients into the smoothie machine. Keep the half of the drink in the  refrigerator and drink it later
