Smoothie for Arthritis

This natural drink contains anti-inflammatory fruits and
vegetables.
Place the following ingredients into a smoothie maker, and
make a homogenous liquid. This drink
contains two portions drink one in the morning and keep the second portion in
the refrigerator for afternoon.
