Smoothie for Arthritis

This natural drink contains anti-inflammatory fruits and vegetables.
Place the following ingredients into a smoothie maker, and make a homogenous liquid.  This drink contains two portions drink one in the morning and keep the second portion in the refrigerator for afternoon.

Carrot
1
Beetroot
1
Celery stick
1
Apple
1
Ginger
2cm in length
Lemon juice
1
Cinnamon
1tsp
Rosemary leaves
½  cup  
Water
up to your taste
