Home made rye bread




Ingredients for  a small 650g of loaf

Rye flour
 600g
Sugar
1tsp
Salt
1tsp
Oil
3 tbsp
Water
250 ml
Fresh yeast
20 g

·      Add the sugar and the yeast to 100ml hand-hot water (wait for 5 minutes until the volume of yeast increases
·      Place the flour, oil, salt, yeast and water into a bowl
·      Mix them well together if the dough requires add more water
·      Make a light not runny dough
·      Leave it for an hour for  rest
·      Place the dough into an oiled small casserole dish and wait for another 30 minutes
·      Preheat the oven to 2000C
·      Place the casserole dish with the top on into the oven for 45 minutes
·      Take the top of and bake it for another 10 minutes
