An average pear provides around 100 Kcal energy which are derived from its natural sugar content. Pear Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 cut medium ripen pears
1 cm length of grated ginger
1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp of cinnamon

250 ml water
