Salad with Kohlrabi and Feta Cheese

At this time of the year easy to get fresh kohlrabi, which

and with its particular sweet taste gives a specific flavour to the salad. This
dish contains antioxidants. It also aids your immune system, your blood
pressure, skin and eye health. Easy to prepare and it is suitable for lunch or

Ingredients for 2 persons:
Kohlrabi
|
1 medium size chopped
|
apple
|
1 medium size chopped
|
Green salad
|
Hand full sliced
|
Cucumber
|
1 medium size shopped
|
Radish
|
2-3 quartered or halved
|
Ruccola
|
A handful
|
Feta cheese
|
¾ cubed
|
Lemon juice fresh
|
1
|
Olive oil
|
2 tbsp
|
Salt
|
Up to your taste
|
Pepper
|
Up to your taste
|
Mix the ingredients into a salad bowl, stir into the lemon
juice and olive oil very well. Sprinkle
the feta cheese on the top.
