Salad with Kohlrabi and Feta Cheese

At this time of the year easy to get fresh kohlrabi, which has a wide plate of health benefits @ http://glutentheenemy.blogspot.hu/2017/05/health-benefits-of-kohlrabi-ms-h.html and with its particular sweet taste gives a specific flavour to the salad. This dish contains antioxidants. It also aids your immune system, your blood pressure, skin and eye health. Easy to prepare and it is suitable for lunch or light supper. Bon Appetit!
Ingredients for 2 persons:
Kohlrabi
1 medium size chopped
apple
1 medium size chopped
Green salad
Hand full sliced
Cucumber
1 medium size shopped
Radish
2-3  quartered or halved
Ruccola
A handful
Feta cheese
¾  cubed
Lemon juice fresh
1
Olive oil
2 tbsp
Salt
Up to your taste
Pepper
Up to your taste

Mix the ingredients into a salad bowl, stir into the lemon juice and olive oil  very well. Sprinkle the feta cheese on the top.
