keeping the chicken moist. Add it to your salad and toss. You'll be surprised
how good something tastes when you prepare it yourself. And if there is
something you don't like, you have the power to make adjustments and create
your own personal dieting heaven.
A diet food plan does not even have to be
limited by culture. Make your favorite ethnic dishes and substitute the
unhealthiest ingredients with something better for you. There are dozens of
